ORDER ISSUES

I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

First, check to see that it shows shipped in the store. It may have shipped separately from other items. If you have a tracking number for your missing item, please check to see if it is on its way. If you still cannot locate your order, please use the messages on the order screen to send a message about your order OR shoot a message to orders@e-arms.com.

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

Just use the return link from the "orders" page to start the return process. We'll send you a return label and issue you a store credit or refund when it arrives.

FIREARM ORDERS

How do I purchase a firearm online through e-arms.com?

First, select a local FFL with whom you'd like to do the transfer. Then, add the firearm to your cart and check out. Use your zipcode in our FFL Selector and select your FFL at checkout. If you can't find them, just add their name, address, and telephone manually. After entering your payment information, there's nothing left for you to do. We will contact them for their license copy.

Where can I send my FFL's License Copy?

Please send it to ffl@e-arms.com and reference your order number.

Do I need to have my FFL send you their license?

No. But if you want to, you can have them send it to ffl@e-arms.com and reference your order number.

I provided my FFL's information for shipping my firearm, what else do I need to do?

Nothing else. We'll contact them for their FFL license copy and send your firearm to them.

I forgot to enter my FFL's shipping information. How do I correct it?

Use the message system located on the "Orders" page or shoot an email to orders@e-arms.com and reference your order number.

Will you send a firearm to my house?

No.

How long does it take to ship a firearm?

We typically send out firearms one business day from the time we receive your FFL's license copy. After you place your order, you'll only hear from us if we can't get a hold of your FFL or when we ship your firearm.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Did you buy it from us? You can return it to us. No questions asked. Some exceptions apply.

Can I return a firearm?

Yes. Absolutely. You can return anything you purchase from us.

When can I expect my refund?

If you've returned an item, you should receive a refund email within 2 business days of us receiving the product back. If you don't, send us a message at orders@e-arms.com. Once we issue the refund, it's up to your bank to issue your funds back to you. Most are refunded in 3 business days but some could take more.
